- Upload from your device — add a match video file directly to a game in your workspace.
- Import follow-cam from Veo — paste a public Veo share URL and bring the film into the same timeline.
- Tags on the clip — mark moments manually, pull in Veo highlights where available, or add tags with assistant help. Tags sit on the footage asset and stay tied to the timeline you review.
Footage is the anchor. GPS, feedback, and AI context all reference the same match—not a folder of files and a separate chat.
GPS and movement data in sync
Refereeing is a physical job. Ref-Vision helps you see movement alongside the film.
- AI-assisted import — bring in GPX, CSV, or FIT exports from Apple Watch, Garmin, Polar, Strava, RefSix, and most other devices when the file contains supported fields (position, speed, heart rate, distance, cadence). There is no live account connection; you upload the export.
- Seekable performance graphs — heart rate, speed, and distance charts scrub with the video so you can reopen what was happening at a given moment.
- Pitch heatmap — once you set pitch corners and sync offset, see where you spent time on the field relative to the playhead.

Timestamped feedback from your performance team
Coaching notes only help if they open the moment they describe.
Ref-Vision lets workspace owners invite up to ten collaborators—coaches, mentors, and assessors—who can watch the same footage and leave feedback tied to a video timestamp. Select a note and the match returns to that second for everyone reviewing.
Collaborators do not take a referee seat on organisation plans, so development support scales without eating into your allocation. Owners can also keep private self-notes on the same timeline for personal reflection.
